This and That with Folks Buying a Home in Tucson, AZ
Sitting down this morning wondering what to focus on for my blog. I'm so happy our colder weather is behind us and we're back to balmy 70-degree days of sunshine again. :)
The great Saturday I had with almost-3-year-old clients I'd met at an open house in the Tucson Foothills? We looked at a dozen foothills properties from fix-up to fantastic, on a golf course, gated masterpiece...The end favorite...a fix up on a fantastic piece of land topping a hill...
Or, the great walk-in couple I had at work on Sunday, both just a few miles from my home town of Puyallup, WA. We're going house hunting today in lovely Sun City, Oro Valley, AZ.
Or...the couple that had decided to cancel their contract on Thursday, and re-signed the continuing documents on Sunday morning with huge smiles of relief that temporary buyer's remorse went away...
All in all, a fantastic working weekend. Plus, got some family time in, a great meal at Bianchi's (as usual) and a vist to see my mother-in-law.
Today's a banking holiday as I call it, so I took the opportunity to have my bumper repaired from when a client bumped it a few months' back. As a REALTOR, it's hard to do without a car for two days!
So, no focus for this morning, but optimistic for a great week with clients and prospects. Going to check into a few of my investors' projects as well. I love the fix and flip!
What's up for YOUR week?
