Google has some fabulous tools for Real Estate Agents to increase your efficiency and productivity.
Have you made the switch to using G-mail instead of Outlook yet? This is one product Google offers for FREE which has made a huge difference to me. No longer do I spend half the day dealing with email. Now it's about 14 - 20 minutes 2 or 3 times per day and I'm finished and have no scroll bar in my inbox!
G-mail is just the beginning of all the cool, free stuff which Google offers and this week in our Agent Mastermind class, we're going to show you some of the other fabulous tools. You will learn how you can make an easily remembered phone number (like xxx-xxx-HOME) with which you can take calls no matter where you are. Google Voice even comes with voice mail which converts the audio message into text! What a time saver that is! You don't need to spend money on software for real estate agents when Google provides so much of what you need for free!
Do you have documents which you need to access no matter where you are? 
Google Docs is the answer for you. Do you want to edit a document but also want your assistant or your seller to have access and for it to be absolutely up to date at all times? Google Docs offers word processing and spreadsheet capabilities similar to Word and Excel but you can get to these documents anywhere you are and you can share them with others.
Google Calendar is a tol which allows you to schedule appointments, share your schedule, syncs with your smart phone, alerts you about apointments, send invitations and tracks RSVPs plus much more. This tool can really come in handy if you want to check your spouse's schedule to see availability or to find out if your kids have a hockey game on Thursday night. There are many more great features.
Would you like to connect with more people on Social Media like LinkedIn and Facebook? Then you will want Rapportive, a plug-in for G-mail which helps with that. Rapportive is all about creating engagement and interaction, the key to success with Social Media.
We're all familiar with the very well-known Goodle products, You Tube and Picasa, but have you ever tried Google Reader? It organizes all the blogs you like to follow in one place. How about Google Alerts, Translator, Schemer, Shopping or Feed Burner? I love my web browser, Google Chrome. Have you ever looked at Google Earth?
I sometimes use Google Talk for calling or chatting from my computer. Did you know that with Google Maps you can even overlay traffic (again for FREE) so you will know where the backups are before you leave the office or even while you are in the car? Even though it's going away in November, I love iGoogle, a home page which organizes all my favorite websites. You can see everything on just ONE page!
