Frisco condos account for nearly half of the sales in Frisco Real Estate every year.  While the Frisco Real Estate market as a whole makes up around 10% of all Summit County Real Estate sales on annual basis.  Overall, the Frisco condo market has fared better than most areas but prices are still down.

At the height of the market in 2008 Frisco condos averaged $389 per square foot.  In 2012 Frisco condosaverage sold price per square foot was $308 which is down -20.57% from 2008.  In 2012 80 condos sales occurred in the Frisco CO Real Estate market.  This is up from the 10 year low of 42 sales in 2009 but is still down from the height in 2004 when there were 142 condo sales in Frisco Colorado.
