Sunday I had multiple showings on my home. It was difficult being in and out of the house with my dogs in tow for long periods at a time. The stress of selling is much more than I ever experienced previously and is taking its toll. My pups love the word car but only one is really comfortable in the car. The second one gets car sick and the third can't relax and needs to see where he is. Clearly the more time a buyer spends in a home the better but driving around with my three going nowhere is quite the trip. Oh well....it's always something.
Hey Sheila, Yes it can be a pain selling a home and leaving but I always tell people, if you want to sell your home, you need to do what you need to do and that could be leave for awhile that your home can be seen by the future buyer.
Sheila: My wife and I look back at our two experiences with selling and voice that selling a home was one of the most exhausting and emotional endeavors we ever tackled. I hope that your sale comes along quickly and ends your challenging car rides. Best of luck ...

Oh man Sheila driving around with 3 pups and going nowhere is a crazy maker for sure. I hope a buyer buys your lovely home soon. And you can all get on with a more peaceful life and less car rides. Again...thanks for the wonderful testimonial! Much appreciated!
Good evening my friends and thank you for stopping by and leaving your comments and offering your support: I really appreciate it.
Hello Will, I know, I know. I did this for almost three decades and I said the same thing to my clients. It is just hard to take my own advice.
Hi Gene. You are very kind. It is all of these and a baloney sandwich. I am so done and yet I will smile, drive, and get out as necessary.
Hello again Anna. Your support is much appreciated. Tomorrow at 7 PM an agent wants to come and show my home to a second client. It is about 10 degrees here and with the wind chill even colder. Can't wait to leave my home but I know it is necessary.....The endorsement....it was easy because you are so very special.
Sheila
Thank you Valerie. I have another showing tomorrow night but whatever. It is a continuing saga and I do appreciate your support. Want another Mac....? That's not going so well either. Sheila
It sounds like you family members are used to spending time in the home. To me a house is just a temporary shelter. I work on the permanent home.
You are getting showings, and that is good. Hopefully, you will soon have an offer, and it will be nearly over!
The good news is that your home is being shown Sheila, best wishes for a contract soon from one of the showings.
Good morning Al and thanks so much for your support. I agree, better active than not. Enjoy the day. Sheila
Thanks Don. You are right and I have to get it done so.....driving is me. Sheila
