Casta del Sol prices have increased $50 per square foot from the first quarter of 2012 to the fourth quarter 2012.
Average price 1/1/12 to 3/31/12 for total of 10 properties sold was $340. The sold price constituted 98% of the list price. Going forward to the last quarter of the year 10/1/12 to 12/31/12 average prices were up quite a pit. There were 15 sold properties with the average ip to $416.000 and the sold price at 99% of the list price.
The new year is taking off fast, 4 homes closed escrow already and the average price is $420,000. We had one house come on the market at $389,900 and it sold in 5 days cash and is going to be flipped.
