Table 17 is a fun casual neighborhood wine bar and bistro specializing in using only local ingredients and European preparation techniques.
Table 17 has been serving customers of Leslieville and the Riverside area of Toronto since 2008. The restaurant turns 5 this coming July and over the years they have become a staple in the east end of Toronto. I myself have visited this establishment on more than one occasion and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. It’s a quieter setting, a great place to go with colleagues, friends, and family; anyone that enjoys a place where you can converse over great food and be serviced by great people.
Table 17 is one of those restaurants that people don’t know about when visiting Toronto. This is where the locals visit, a place that the tourists want to visit hehe! I once had the chance to bring a friend who was visiting from China, and she had shared with us that it was the best food she ate while visiting Toronto. We were happy that Table 17 could be that place where we could impress our friend, but not break the bank.
