Many are now catching on to the meaning of the value in a foreclosed property. Part of it has to do with the fact that there are more trustee notices in the classified ad sections of our nation's newspapers than classified ads for any other products, goods or services.

Dear Anita: I understand that in Perry their may be a drop in foreclosures to the naked eye but I do know of many homes that have not paid their mortgage in 3 (three) years & have not been forclosed on.  Our unworthy government is holding back the real numbers & it is obvious to me in New York & Florida. I am ready for new clients Kristine, so the timing is right.

Jimmy...much of the inventory the banks have been holding in this area was released in December.  Not such a big deal for Perry GA but as tomorrow's post will show, it made a big difference in the Warner Robins market.

Anita, this is great news for Perry GA. There are some pockets in my marketplace with minimal foreclosure activity as well and when they come on the market, list prices reflect market value rather than discounted!

Hey Anita, completely Off-Topic, but would you know about: 

   I understand that the "New Perry Hotel" has re-opened.   We used to eat there; my wife has stayed there.  I see their Facebook Page, and the reviews on TripAdvisor. .. but I would like to hear from a "Local".

     Any thoughts on the Restaurant and/or the Hotel?  Thank you in advance!
