 It is a very good home just waiting for the right family to come along to enjoy it and the neighborhood.  I hope we receive an offer quickly as well.  It is being shown a lot and a lot of people through the open houses I have had.  Sometimes the homes just wait.

Michelle and Toni, It is a beautiful area.  They have now taken it off of the market to do some repairs that should have been done prior.  They had an offer and it fell through because of the inspection, I do have to say though I believe it more the Realtor than the inspection.  They did not even give a repair addendum just backed out and then purchased another house within a day or so. Does make one wonder.  The seller's are now doing the right things to really get ready, but then we are not always listened to in the beginning and it takes a sale fail for a wake up call.  Better late than never.  Thanks for the comments.
