Fox Hollow is a newer upscale condominium community featuring attached ranch condos in a 4 to 5 unit model (basically two central walls are shared between units). While not quite as close to Deerfield Towne Center as The Woods on Wilkens ranch condo community, it's still VERY close! With its convenient location to numerous restaurants, Fox Hollow is a great place to live if cooking at home isn't high on your list of priorities. However, if you do like cooking at home, we don't think you'll be disappointed by the kitchen appointments in these luxury condos! Besides the dining and shopping options, Fox Hollow provides convenient access to I-71 from the Fields Ertel interchange, so downtown Cincinnati is a short distance down the interstate! Just to the north is Kings Island, Great Wolf Lodge and The Beach Waterpark. Parks and golfing are also nearby!
Fox Hollow is being built by Metro developers with two primary floorplans (The Woodcrest and The Fieldcrest) with base prices above $300,000. Floorplans range from 2800 to 3300 square feet per the builder. The ranch condos do include basements so that's a plus over The Woods on Wilkens ranch condos.
Fox Hollow is in Deerfield Township so you avoid Mason City Tax but still have the benefit of Mason City Schools. To search for Fox Hollow condominiums for sale, just click the link. With the community having reached up to seven years, some resales may be competing with new construction. The Phase I build is almost complete, with 20+ units finished. Fox Hollow will complete at approximately 55 units.
