Perspective is everything! Agents can put some crazy pics of the properties on the MLS. What I don't understand is why the false advertising? I understand hiding ugly carpet or minor things but why the other type? Or agents put blurry pic and worst of all no pics! There are so many properties out there why show a client a property without seeing pics first? Not this girl. Its all about time management. If I use my time wisely, I can make the most money and help my clients most effectively.
