You're on hold... Wonderful, right? What can I do now that someone is selectively ignoring the important matter I need to discuss?
I pull comps, search properties for m buyers, or create posts to my socal media. I have a lot of scial media sites I post to, and not all of them deal with real estate. One thign about social media, is that to be taken seriously on social media, you need to aintain presence.
I will readily admit to being more lax about getting things out on AR, than Facebook (30 feeds), Pinterest (1 feed), Twitter (4 feeds), and LinkedIn (1 feed). I have been to classes on any number of social media outlets, and hd some experienced person tell me why one social media site is better than anouther.
I am of the mnd tht those you use the easiest and best, personally, are the best for you. I use Hootsuite® to publish posts, scheduling some, and replying live to others. So far, I haven't allocated a large budget to this, or my website. I lok for the loowest cost way of getting the message out there that makes sens, and spend when I must.
Then, whenever I have a problem that perplexes me, and need to down my brain to resolve the issue, i go to social media. I usually try to schedule some activities early in the morning: sending birthday, anniversry, or sympathy cards, email, and schedule changes. Tehn, when I am on hold, I'll write at least on or two short articles, to be published at a later dates, and a longer piece or two a day, which are unrelated, and get published on different venues. Once these are done, I go back to bookmarked posts, and make replies to them.
I use my smartphone for short replies and posts, and am a heavy user of speech-to-text for posts. That way I can dictate posts to the phone or computer. I believe that I am more effective when I have my hands free for other tasks, and only go hands free in the car.
I also automate everything I can to help get the posts out.
So... I will get back to AR more often, but you can also catch up wtih me on some other venues, too.
See you soon with more on real estaete and social media.
