I have known Pat Aeschliman as a fellow REALTOR in the Ann Arbor Area Board Of Realtors for about 20 years and have come to meet and talk to her informally over time.
Pat exemplifies the qualities of a true professional – integrity, intelligence, and compassion.
I know she always represents the best interest of her clients and tells them everything that may impact them and or their decisions regarding their transaction.
Pat does research that her client might be unaware of to determine if this information would be worth bringing to their attention.
It is her qualities that I am bringing to your attention today that merit attention.
Pat shows real concern for others. There was a future REALTOR who was having difficulty passing the State of Michigan licensing exam. Pat volunteered on her own time to meet this candidate at the library to practice the material until she passed the exam.
Pat is detail oriented and follows process. Maybe this is her education background (Bachelors degree in Business Education) coming out, but this quality provides a basis for doing things the right way. In contract law, she leaves no blanks and no questions unanswered. This characteristic prevents lawsuits, misunderstandings, and makes her a pleasure to work with.
Pat has a strong work ethic probably from her Mom - Nursing Instructor at the University of Michigan and her Dad- Principal/Teacher/Farmer. I am sure that growing up with 7 brothers and sisters helped with her sharing, empathy, humility, and strength. She is blessed with 2 daughters and a grand daughter.
If you get to know Pat, she will share her laughter which is what I love to hear most. I hope you have the pleasure of meeting up with her someday. She is true gem to our profession and our Washtenaw County area.
