Let me introduce you to Jeanne M. Gavish, Real Estate Broker and Instructor for the Spring Hill Area of Hernando County, here in the Sunshine State.
Jeanne joined ActiveRain back in 2010 and started coming to our ActiveRain MeetUps soon thereafter. I knew when I first met Jeanne that she was an exceptional individual. This mother of eight first entered real estate back in 1990 and by 1992 she and her husband owned three Century 21 franchises in Hernando County Florida. By 1997 Jeanne had her broker's license and owned her very own Century 21 franchise, which she sold in 2000.
2001 brought a new direction for this independent lady as she earned her instructor license. New doors were opening up and Jeanne seized the opportunity! Today she is the owner of the Nature Coast Real Estate School, which serves Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties. In addition to this, Jeanne has earned the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation), SFR (Short sale and Foreclosure Certification) and TRC (Transnational Referral Certification). She is on the Faculty of the Florida Association of Realtors and teaches the GRI3 and Property Management classes for FAR.
All of this would be enough for the average person, but Jeanne is anything but average. She is currently a broker with Keller Williams and has served both on the Professional Standards Committee and the Government Affairs Committee for her local Association of Realtors. In 1999 Governor Bush appointed Jeanne Gavish District Board of Trustee for the Pasco-Hernando Community College and she has served two terms as Board Chair.
Jeanne Gavish is a cut above the rest and totally committed to her life as a Real Estate Broker, Real Estate Instructor and being a superior mother and grandmother! My friend, Jeanne Gavish!
