The Dillon CO Real Estate market is on the rise like all of Summit County Real Estate. In 2012 there were 154 sales in Dillon CO Real Estate compared to 2009 when there were only 97 sales which was a 10 year low. While the number of sales is only half of the high in 2004 with 318 sales or 2007 with 307 sales, sales data indicates a slow yet steady turn around in the Dillon CO Real Estate market.
In 2012 the average sold price per square foot was $216 which is down -22.86% from the 2008 average of $280 per square foot. There is however a slight increase in the average over 2011 which was $209 per square foot. With an increase in sales and the average sold price rising it appears the Dillon CO Real Estate market is starting to recover.
