7:15am, I feel as though my car is running rough, something is not right and it dawned on me maybe it's my tire as I look out my windshield to see if the car is tilted I hit the tire pressure button in my car and one of my tires, back left drivers side to be exact has 0 pounds of pressure. I called Firestone in Myrtle Beach, which is in my contacts tell you why later, and they are open to my surprise. The man on the phone said sure bring it in we will check it out. Got my car right in and started to check out the tire. My daughter and I wait in the waiting room; we were on our way to school and work when this tire rudely interrupted our morning. So the friendly firestone guy told me that the tire has a big slit in it and a piece of metal the size of a razor blade was stuck in my tire. The tire is not repairable. Just what I needed another expense. I have road hazard on each of my tires which only costs 10.00 a tire. And I am so thankful I do because my new tire is only 85.00 instead of 220.00.
So I suggest to everyone to always get road hazard on each tire especially if you live in a community where they are building houses. This is probably my 5th time this has happened to me, hence Firestone being in my contacts. I have no luck when it comes to tires!
Thank you Firestone for such great customer service and for getting me in and out so quickly!
