Hi Andrea, this home was built in 1910 and does fall in the historic area of Oregon City yet isn't an official historic house like many in this neighborhood. Oregon City being one of the oldest cities in the Portland area since it was the place at the end of the Oregon Trail where most people stopped when crossing the country.
