Staging is very important – as is preparing the home for sale. As a Certified Residential Specialist, I always offer forth pointers for my sellers so they can improve the appearance of their home – so we can basically obtain the highest and best possible price I can on their behalf. It is a known fact that homes that have been staged bring forth higher sales prices, and many times it is cheaper to stage a home as opposed to lowering the price down the line..
I recently listed a home – that is so charming and lovely, but the homeowners hadn’t had time to power wash the steps or have those final leaves removed. Yours truly was there with scrub brush, boiling water and soap and look at the difference…. Little things like clean steps can make all of the difference, or even a coat of paint, lighting, all subtle changes but so beneficial for a sale.
While I had initiated a hands-on approach with some elbow grease, I have a wonderful array of good, talented, reputable and successful local Stagers in the area that I can refer you to – to prepare your home for its most important curtain call! We are now just waiting on the gardener!
