I got a lead !
It came from my site !
They want to ...seemingly ...buy a $100K house... next year....based on their initial sign-in information.
Here comes the WHAT-Ever sigh..... But Hey it's a lead !
Moral of story. Every lead is a product of your efforts. Never waste your time to generate a lead and overlook an opportunity. The result is unknown until YOU CALL THEM.
This one ended up buying a $750k property.
They were just looking for their child, and when I called them, they also indicated they were looking for themselves.
The "child" also closed on a $180K property. (child .....23 year old hot shot engineer !)
When you love what you do .....Everyday is a holiday... and every paycheck is a goldmine.
Funny business..... Make time to smile and laugh about it. I smell good days ahead for those who stayed the course.
