Do you use a buyer checklist?
I am in the midst of revamping my checklists so I can routinely use a Virtual Assistant if needed. Dropbox plus Evernote plus Google Docs have all been considered to facilitate this. Picasa for photo editing also made the cut! Will be fun o come back to compare.
Recently I revamped my buyer checklist to make sure I don't wake up in a cold sweat the day before closing wondering if I missed anything. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
The devil’s in the details –check everything twice
