Do you use a buyer checklist?
I often work with buyers - and feel comfortable with it as I have a system that takes care of the process from beginning to end.
One of the steps of the process is - checklist.
Here's an invaluable resource for you from Steven Perry from Atlantic City, NJ. No gamble here when you work with your clients....:-).
Recently I revamped my buyer checklist to make sure I don't wake up in a cold sweat the day before closing wondering if I missed anything. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?
The devil’s in the details –check everything twice
