Recently I revamped my buyer checklist to make sure I don't wake up in a cold sweat the day before closing wondering if I missed anything. Does anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Yes I use a checklist and that is nice to remind everyone that it is useful to have one.  I usually put a checklist in each file after I showed the first property.

I use a checklist, Offfice Depot or Staples sell the folers with a similar checklist on the outside of the manilla folder.  Also, there is a Transaction Checklist in the MLS that I use to keep me on track.

I've used a buyer & Seller check lists for a while and can't live without these forms in my file.  It is the only way to keep my sanity.  In addition, I have an entry for copies:  to Buyer/Seller/Broker/Title Co - with date and method of delivery (mail - e-mail or hand carried).  Good reminder.
