Valentine's Day at MiPiaci Restaurant

HeartsMi Piaci Italian Restaurant is planning a romantic evening and special dinner menu for Valentine's Day, Thursday, February 14, 2013.  Now is the time to call and make your reservation next to the windows overlooking the picturesque lake and fountain on the east side of the restaurant.  Mi Piaci will be illuminated by candlelight and the dining tables will be dusted with rose petals. Dinner is priced at $65 per person and includes four courses.

If you are unable to celebrate Valentine's Day on Thursday evening, Mi Piaci will continue the romance on Friday and Saturday nights.  On these two evenings guests will have the choice of the regular divine items on Mi Piaci's a la carte menu. A few of my many favorite menu items are the Bruscheta Pomodoro, heavenly pastas made fresh daily at the restaurant, Osso Bucco Milanese, and the delicious Italian breads.

Sharon, I used to write about local businesses alot and I seemed to have drifted away from it.  Thank you for the reminder that supporting local businesses is a huge "win-win".

I like the idea that Mi Piaci has thought about the fact that many will not be able to get away on Thursday and is planning to continue the celebration with an a la carte menu on Friday and Saturday.

Yikes, how can it almost be Valentine's Day when Thanksgiving was just a few days ago?! Mi Piaci sounds like a great place to celebrate the holiday and boy could I go for some fresh pasta and osso bucco right now. Great local post, Sharon.

Thanks for letting me know about this great restaurant. I never heard about it before but I know some couples who I think would really enjoy the atmosphere. It looks contemporary with old world charm!
