She was able to get it done and signed with weeks to spear. I owe it to Wendy Smith. Where do you find such cheap homes? Anything under 300K is a bargain in my area and if you have 600 sq.ft condos with $250 dollar a month condo fees for less than $400K downtown they line up to buy.

And that house in the picture even as a teardown is $350K out in the boonies and $400K in the suburbs and 1M closer to town. Maybe we should all move to Florida
