Contact Management? What do you use?

it depends on what type of business you are running. If it is simply an SOI business where you add some occasionally and do some periodic mailers.

Than outlook is great.

If you are managing a team and have many sources of lead generation I recommend top Producer 7i. It will funnel all your leads in to one central lead manager and then you can assign them and track them from there.

I use the mls system to keep track of my contacts as well as my palm pilot.

Ashely - Depending on what kind of money you are looking to spend or if you are seeking for 'free'...  Top Producer is a noteworthy software and make it available with an online version.

Others might be internally built managers such as a Point2 website (Standard website is free) and they a management system built in.

There are so many available, I have often heard that OUTLOOK is fabulous and that is my goal to work on that if I can get all the perimeters set up, I have been having issues with that as well. Depending on your purpose and needs for the contacts will determine what you end up with. Good luck.

I am a huge fan of Top Producer!  I have spent a lot of time developing tools and systems to take the good and use it in Top Producer.  I have also wrote an ebook on how to use these systems to stream line your busines, The Automated Agent.  You should check it out, it may save you a ton of time!
