Program Highlights

* Up to $5000 per household/home

* Franklin and surrounding counties

* Home buyer must contribute $500 of their own money

* Program not limited to first time home buyers

* Grants subject to retention agreements- 5 yrs

Looks like a great program, are there income limits? California has a similar grant program, the CHF Platinum, which is a grant of 3% of the loan amount. Good to see more programs available to help buyers get into homes.
