Menu Monday Ronnie's Pizza

 Today's Menu Monday comes from Ronnies Pizza, located at 2059 South Avenue A. Ronnies is one of those classic places that bring back good memories of lunch time from High School. From when they were originally located in the Palm Plaza and taking that break from the day at school and enjoying lunch with your friends.
One item on the menu that I enjoy is the Pizza Steak. Much like a cheese steak, ...but the Pizza Steak comes with the pizza sauce they use for their pizza’s drizzled over the thinly sliced meat and covered with melted mozzarella cheese and sandwiched between the warm bread. With my combo I get a root beer and chips to round out the meal. Each bite has a robust taste from the pizza sauce and the meat is proportioned just right as to leave you wanting more in the next bite. The cheese brings that chewey belnded flavor among the sandwhich and it's a great change from the normal locations for lunch. Much like those days in High School, I enjoyed this lunch with an old friend from both Crane and Yuma High School.
