About 2 weeks ago I was listening to the AR Webinar and I had some great take aways. I'm not a big script person but as I get older I find myself forgetting more so a few useful reminders pinned up in front of me can't hurt. Here are two reminder phrases I wrote out.

As a seller you want to preset the stage to address and create 2 things: A beauty pageant and intense upward price pressure to maximize the NET money on your sale. Sometimes you can offer changes in the list price such as offer a seller concession and actually end up with more NET money. There are a lot of ways to accomplish increases in net money, increase traffic and showings and do this by implementing a merchandising strategy rather than an advertising strategy.
