Franklin Knolls is a subdivison of 470 single family homes in Silver Spring, Md. The Franklin Vale subdivision, an extension of Franklin Knolls, has 85 Homes. Homes in Franklin Knolls and Franklin Vale were built in the mid to late 1950's through the mid 1960's.
