The Devil is in the…Routine
Bob McKinnon has nailed this...and I'm completely guilty! When we spend all that time on training and seminars and take no action to change our habits or business.....we have just wasted time and MUCHO DINERO! Great read and I will take this advice with me to all the training I do.

Collectively we spend millions of dollars each year reading books, listening to self-help CDs, attending conventions and seminars. We get excited about the lessons and the techniques; we take notes, collect the workbooks, and then go back to the office. What happens far too often is that when we get back to the office we put the workbook and notes down and get to our email, oh no!
Jim Rohn would say at the beginning of his workshops that each person in his audience was like a four digit combination lock. Some had no numbers discovered - completely locked; some had two numbers but there was always the one or two individuals who had discovered three numbers and in that very event would discover the final number that would unlock the magic of great breakthrough. That means then that the other 199 individuals in the room who invested the same time and money would sadly miss it.
