Tiffany, so true! I think #5 is what I hear most often and the hardest to overcome with buyers who want to make a purchase and own a home in 30 to 45 days. Short sales do require time and patience as negotiations pass through the layers of process and final decision making. It's even more difficult in a market with escalating values!!
