What will the rate cut do??

Hello! Well, it has been only like 12 hours since the second rate cut. I have heard from numerous clients/friends already. Although the cut probably wont affect mortgage rates immediatly, the news will/has had an immediate impact on society. As we know, unfortunatly, the media seems to guide almost everyones day to day decisions! Just like all the, "doom and gloom", in the Real Estate market that the media portrays, has done the most damage to the industry. Hopefully, the same will be true about the second rate cut and the media will now say "its a great time to buy!" The media and their messages are (too) powerful, hopefully the news about the cut will have a positive impact!!!   Mark
