A Happy Conclusion To A Lender Nightmare!

Westminster, CO -  Wow!!  What a crazy ride over the last 5 weeks to achieve a sell and buy for my clients!!

Now, keep in mind that these are clients from a sell / buy scenario of about 14 years ago.  So, it is nice to get past clients back around to assist them in their next real estate endeavor!!  OH MAN, what an endeavor it has been!!

YES, we have finally closed on the sell of their home and the acquisition of their next home all in one day, last week!!  Needless, to say.... but of course we will, since that is what this platform is all about!!   Patience was sure tested over and over again in this loan qualifying up to approval for BOTH my clients and the purchasers of their home.

The good news is, we did successfully close on both properties, regardless of taking 4 lenders and 3 appraisers to accomplish these 2 transactions.  For the details of what made this process so CRAZY, please continue to read in my other blog...

When we do accomplish transactions of this type, with successful results and ALL parties are excited to finally move into their new homes... it is very gratifying to ... uh, you know... .GET PAID!!
