Ricky - I rarely quote fees until I have viewed the property.  I take my property management proposal and 2 of my management agreement forms to a property presentation/viewing and provide them AFTER I have seen the property and had a FRANK discussion with the property owner....

Wallace,we are papeless office,so we bring our contracts with us just on a power point slide and we help the owner fill out the paper work before I leave then we email, them a copy of the management contract. 

WE take great pride in our pricing we offer and the  Property Portfolio.
