This opportunity allows you to work from home. You should have a reliable car. We service Manchester and all surrounding towns within an hour.
You should have a reliable cell phone to be able to be reached.
You should have a reliable computer with internet access to use various Real Estate tools.
You should like to dress business casual to professional.
You should like to work with buyers, assist them in getting pre-qualified, assist them in finding homes through the MLS and like to show homes to potential Buyers.
Experience in Listing homes is a plus if you would like to work on the Listing side of Resl Estate.
Available Leads will be provided for potential Buyers to you convert to customers.
Pay is commission based and earned by you through closed sales or rentals. Commission is based on competitive splits, Commission will be discussed in your interview process.
There is no mandatory up-time, no desk time and no desk fees.
You will need to be a member of or join NNEREN in order to access the Multiple Listing Service. Please ask about these details.
