Feng Shui NY Assessments for Homes, Offices and New Construction

Buying a home or selling one?  Feng Shui Manhattan and Long Island can make your home feel warm and inviting while incorporating simple Feng Shui remedies to attract that perfect buyer or get your home sold…Quickly.  We also work with Real Estate Agents to give them the “edge” they need with their clients. In today’s Real Estate market, including a home Feng Shui assessment along with the other required services is becoming more common and requested by clients and Real Estate agents across the Nation.

For every home or buisness assessment, Ms. Cerrano will provide you with a 3-10 page written summary with custom created diagrams of basic Feng Shui suggestions, an understanding of the locations interior and exterior layout, furniture placement , design ideas and color suggestions according to Feng Shui.

For those who are seeking a New York City apartment or Long Island home, Ms. Cerrano can attend open houses with you to perform a Feng Shui assessment on the spot or you can schedule a private meeting with the current homeowner, your agent and her to truly grasp a deeper reading of that space.  *This process is strongly recommended*
