700,000 POINTS ~ ANOTHER ACTIVE RAIN MILESTONE!
My how time flies as an Active Rain member. It seems just like yesterday when I was beginning in my quest with this adventure in the Rain. I had no idea what I was doing and looking back, was such a novice in blogging. My700,000 point journey has been exciting and full of surprises.
I began my AR quest back in 2010. It was Spring and I stumbled upon the blogging site and was intrigued from day one. As I carefully constructed my first blog and hit the submit button, I had no idea what would become of this new endeavor. Little did I know that this wonderful site would include sweet friendships, lots of new business and a world of unknown discoveries such as SEO, long-tail linking and Google Juice!
If you are new to blogging here on Active Rain, I urge you to persevere. Don't give up and continue learning and meeting new people in the Rain. The benefits of blogging go way deeper than simply increasing your business.
For those of you who are way past 700,000 points, don't ever lose sight of the hard work that got you where you are in the Rain. Your support of those of us plugging away means so much! Thank you for setting the bar high for all of us! We admire and respect your track record in the Rain!
Ah, 700,000 points! I never thought it to be possible. And, it has been fun with every point earned!
