The end of the month charts to look at next week will be the ones below as available properties still hover around 20% lower than this time last year. A look at the number of properties available at the end of the month over the last 3 years shows January with over 100 properties for sale. Currently there are only 87 properties for sale on the national MLS system in Uxbridge.
While the number of homes for sale is beginning to climb from the low 80's at the start of the year will the availability pick up momentum, will we see bidding wars enter into the market again this year or will the number of potential buyers drop accordingly.
