Joni:  Your post brings to mind a post I wrote a long time ago.  "Who takes care of the care-givers?"  What an incredibly stressful job... caring for folks with Alzheimers.  Many Blessings to those wonderfully caring folks.

I know this topic is important to you, Joni. It's comforting to know there are support groups to help those who are caregivers for their parents or family members with Alzheimers or dementia. Hugs to you!

Joni, I have friends who are now in an assistance living home....the husband is in a wheel chair and the wife has Alzheimers....I know they are getting good care there.
