The stock market is up, and so is the Woodbury housing market. The Marsh Creek housing market in particular showed promising gains in 2012. With only a 1.4 months’ supply of homes on the market in 2012, Marsh Creek is clearly a seller’s market (less than a 5 months’ supply of homes on the market.) This high demand Woodbury neighborhood also saw incredible gains in median price, going up 21.3% in 2012 to $486,500! This translated into an increase of 17.9% in price per finished square foot.
