14 Years and Knowing whose market it is

Being a 14 + year real estate veteran allows you to learn the quirks of real estate and to identify different market conditions and trends as they approach. I can tell you without a doubt it is a "buyers" market, but let's not stop there, it is also a "sellers"market. Yes, this is correct description.If you use a profession realtor with a veteran history of being a top agent in his field, he will price your home to sell, not to sell you on giving him the listing! At any price! What a waste of time!

Yes,we see home prices being reduce daily and the theory of poor market conditions is the excuse used to justify the reduction. Perhaps if we are up front with the seller and let them understand that market conditions are not commanding the profit once enjoyed, we may have a more realistic sale than to have to consecutively reduce the home until a buyer finally makes an offer on the home.

My take on this market is that both Seller and Buyer can enjoy a great market if they are prepared properly,helping them make wise decisions, common sense decisions in their real estate process.

So when you are ready to have your home sold by a 14 year veteran who knows the market and it's trend, and accomplish your real estate goals. Call me, and we'll get it done and get it done right we will!
