At any price! What a waste of time!
Yes,we see home prices being reduce daily and the theory of poor market conditions is the excuse used to justify the reduction. Perhaps if we are up front with the seller and let them understand that market conditions are not commanding the profit once enjoyed, we may have a more realistic sale than to have to consecutively reduce the home until a buyer finally makes an offer on the home.
My take on this market is that both Seller and Buyer can enjoy a great market if they are prepared properly,helping them make wise decisions, common sense decisions in their real estate process.
