Is the Market Really Shifting? Weekly Short Sale News

Real Estate Broker/Owner with Charles Stallions Real Estate Services

Melissa Zavala, Broker in Escondido, CA ask this question but also as if foreclosures are a good thing and here along the gulf coast in Pensacola, Pace and Gulf Breeze they are about 12% of the market with short sales being 19% so although we have a long way to go to get to normal we are still selling homes at a brisk rate and with my investors getting into the market we are expecting another banner year without having to work so hard.
