The Real Scoop on the Rockwell Condos in Salt Lake City

Real Estate Agent

Seriously, do not buy a condo at the Rockwell Condos until you have read this. I may be able to help you dodge a bullet on this one. Not that they are bad, they just might not be for you. Sure, I don’t know you, but now that you’ve spent some time here on my blog, I’m starting to feel like I do. Let me tell you a thing or two that you might not know about the Rockwell Condos in Salt Lake City.

Overview of the Rockwell Condos in Salt Lake City:
The Rockwell Condos are at 143 E First Avenue (100 North). Let me tell you who this building is not for. If, while you are reading this, you are simultaneously trying to stay calm while changing a baby diaper while your four other kids under 5 years old are jumping all over you because they want to go to the zoo and they don’t care that it’s 2 degrees outside, plus they want candy, then I would say that you are probably going to find the Rockwell Condos inadequate. Also, if you have pets (that you want to keep), you are not going to like this complex. If you are looking for a nice but simple condo with few amenities close to the city, then this could be a match.

Let’s go over the good and the bad for the Rockwell Condos in SLC.

The Good:
The location is very good, being very close to downtown, public transportation, and several parks. The view is also very good. As you look down the street, you get a great view of the SLC temple. The storage units are unusually large so you have plenty of storage space. The HOA is reasonably low since there are very few amenities.

The Bad:
The parking situation is very difficult if you have more than one vehicle. Also, if you are looking for a place with amenities, you will not be happy here. No pets could be either a positive or a negative, depending on how you look at it. I’m going to put it on the negatives, since I have a dog.
