There are about 250 homes in the Yacht Club subdivision and prices range from the about $150,000 to $250,000. The majority of the homes are three bedroom/two bath homes with a two car garage, although there are also some two bedroom homes. Many have pools with screened areas to enjoy the great climate.
What’s Going on Near Yacht Club Est?
The famous Gulf Coast beaches are only about 3 miles from the subdivision, so you can leave your home and be on Indian Rocks Beach or Redington Shores in about 10 minuites. Beautiful Walsingham Park which has bike and walking trails, a lake, dog parks, and picnic areas is only about 2 miles away. The Pinellas Trail, which runs for about 30 miles through Pinellas County is across from Walsingham Park and is also about 2 miles away. If you love golfing, you are in luck as the Baypointe Golf Course is at the end of the street and several of the homes in Yacht Club are actually on the Golf Course. One of our favorite on-the-water breakfast spots is JD's Restaurant which is just 3 miles away on Indian Rocks Beach -- you can kick back and relax, have some great pancakes and eggs, and watch the boats go by.
