I am going to take on this Challenge.
Several of us have been thinking about this for the past couple of week. Today I committed.
I have joined the Cape Fear Fitness Center in Southport NC. It is my plans to go and work out with my associates for about 45 minutes to one hour 4 times a week.
Today, I was weighed and measured. That was a real kicker for me but I am committed to do this and make it work.
My goal is to loose about 30 pounds and to tone up my body.
It is fun to do this with other...so we will keep each other on track.
