I am very happy with this network!
Other day I got a phone call from a Spanish speaking lady who found my profile at Active Rain Network. I was very surprised when that lady called me from Florida, asking me to list her 2 properties in Palm Coast.
Making the long story short, she told me that she was looking for a real estate agent, Spanish speaking to help her...and some friend told her to go to Active Rain Network because that was the best source to find a real estate professional.
Even though I am from Montana area, I still got a good deal on referring her to an agent in Palm Coast, which is already working with her, and soon I will be making my first deal from the help of Active Rain Network...
