Let’s take a look at the good and the bad for the Wasatch Towers Condos in Salt Lake City.
The view from the Wasatch Towers Condos is spectacular, especially from the upper floors. Despite being built in 1960, they building still looks great. The Wasatch Towers Condos aren’t big on amenities, but they do cover most of your utilities and offer a very safe and secure building. Also, having an onsite manager is a huge plus. I also love the balcony area that comes with most of the units. Honestly, living at the Wasatch Towers makes you feel rich.
The HOA fee is unusually high at the Wasatch Towers Condos. Also, many of the units are pretty outdated. Some of the units look like they were probably already out of style when they were built in 1960.
