Nordstrom Rack coming to Palm Desert soon!
For those of you who are Nordstom fans... the rumors are true! Nordstrom Rack is coming to Palm Desert along with a Whole Foods store.
Harsch Investment Properties President Jordan Schnitzer answered Councilman Van Tanner’s question during a public hearing where the council approved a precise plan and conditional use permit for a renovation plan for the center at 44-459 Town Center Way, which includes demolishing the current Banner Mattress building to make way for the Whole Foods building to be built out closer to Highway 111 and adding two towers with signs to increase the center’s visibility.
Schnitzer also said he hopes to announce another new tenant for the center’s former Cost Plus space in two weeks.
Whole Foods and Nordstrom Rack will share an expansion of the former Best Buy building.
We have been waiting a long time for a Nordstrom's... Nordstrom Rack may just fit the bill!
