I look at that picture and wonder if my ancestors saw that very spot. I have a copy of a marriage certificate at Egg Harbor, New Jersey, dated June of 1749, between Thomas Heady and Rebecca Stillwell.

Laura, although my dad dragged my mom away from Atlantic City when she was only 16 she loved the Jersey Shore all her life and I imagine there is part of the Jersey Shore in Heaven that she visits every day.
