Twenty floors of condos, restaurants on the main floor, and plenty of amenities are what you can expect from the Regent Condos in Salt Lake City. The Regent is, hands down, the nicest and newest condo complex in the area.

Let’s take a look at the good and the bad for the Regent Condos in Salt Lake City.
The Good:
The Regent Condos, literally have the best location in Salt Lake City. This is as downtown as you can get. Being built in 2011 means that everything is new and modern. Just walking into this building makes you feel important. The design of the building is incredible inside and out. I love the pool area and the third floor terrace. Having been in nearly all of the condos downtown, I have to say these are my personal favorites. 
The Bad:
I can find something wrong with any condo, but I don’t know what to complain about. The Regent Condos are the best condos in the area.
