The year 2013 in Dublin CA real estate has begun much like 2012 ended with homes for sale in Dublin CA at historically low levels, specifically there are a grand total of 14 homes on the market (7 single family and 7 attached). Homes sold in Dublin CA during January 2013 are also impacted by this low inventory with only 15 single family and 13 attached homes closing escrow. Prices, meanwhile, continue to rise with the sold median single family home price in Dublin up to $645,000 from $552,367 in December 2012 while attached homes are also higher at $360,000 vs. $345,000 over the same period.
